The Studio
Room Hire Prices and Inclusions
Monday to Sunday:

- Available to book from 8.30am to 6pm
- Room hire is charged at £114 per hour subject to a minimum of four-hours
- All day hire 8.30am to 6pm at a reduced rate of £840
- Event Assistant on hand throughout
- Includes tea and coffee
- Use of AV equipment
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The Waterscape
Hire of The Waterscape includes hire of The Deck.
Sunday to Thursday:
- Morning only hire from 8.30am to noon: £1,500
- Afternoon only hire 1pm to 5pm: £1,500
- Evening only hire from 6.30pm to 11pm: £1,500
- Afternoon and evening hire from 1pm to 11pm: £3,000
- All day hire from 8.30am to 5pm: £3,000
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Friday to Saturday:

- Morning only hire from 8.30am to noon: £1,800
- Afternoon only hire 1pm to 5pm: £1,800
- Evening only hire from 6.30pm to 11pm: £1,800
- Afternoon and evening hire from 1pm to 11pm: £3,600
- All day hire from 8.30am to 5pm: £3,600
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Any bookings where lunch is served will require The Waterscape to be booked from 8.30am to 5pm to allow for set up and clear down.
Any bookings where a dinner is served will require The Waterscape to be booked from 1pm to 11pm to allow for set up and clear down.
For all hires of The Waterscape, an Event Assistant will be in attendance. Use of the Deck will restricted to the summer months only and is then available for use up to 10pm daily.
